Files may be provided in the following formats:
- Via email (10MG max)
- FTP (instructions available on request)
- CD or DVD
- All files must be in CMYK format

Digital art to size is required. Minimum 300 dpi or greater
- Trim: 8 1/2 x 11"
- Bleed: 8 3/4 x 11 1/4"
- Must keep type 1/4" from the header/footer
- Must keep type 1/2" away from side margins

Preferred format is high resolution PDF
- Other acceptable file formats include: EPS, Illustrator CS3, Photoshop CS3, InDesign CS3
- All fonts must be included if not already embedded.
- Color laser proof/match print required.
We are not responsible for low quality images supplied by the advertiser
Ad Design Services
Any artwork prepared or altered by us, at the advertiser's request, will be subject to billing at $100/hour in addition to the contract ad space (one hour minimum).
