Affordable Off Duty Scheduling Software, ODISS, adds Invoice and Billing Module

Canyon Lake - CA, June 13, 2018

The Public Safety Software Group, developers of ODISS, the Off Duty Integrated Scheduling System, used by agencies across the nation to announce, schedule and track paid off-duty jobs and special events has added an integrated Invoice and Billing Module to its high affordable and popular ODISS software program.  The new integrated billing and invoice system allows ODISS administrators to add fees prior to the invoice such as cost for patrol vehicles, administration fees, mileage fees or any fee they wish to add to the system.  Fees can then be calculated as a percentage of the personnel billing amount or a fixed fee which is then added to the invoice.  These additional fees can also be billed separately. Once an invoice is completed it can then be exported to Excel for further customization by the client such as adding headers and footers with the agency's name and address.  The new module also provides the ability to track the status of each invoice as open, paid or past due.

According to the company’s founder and owner Art Femister, “By adding this highly integrated Invoicing and Billing module to our ODISS product, it truly sets us apart as there is no other product on the market today that offers all the features we do at the highly affordable monthly fee we offer. As an example, an agency with 1 – 50 users on ODISS would pay a total monthly fee of only $39.00 a month while some companies charge close to that amount per user!”

Mr. Femister adds, “As a twenty plus year member of the public safety community in a reserve/volunteer role I understand better than anyone how important budgets are to police and sheriff’s agencies. With so many new life saving and crime solving technologies on the market today agencies have to chose wisely on how to spend their money. We’ve priced ODISS so that any agency that wants it can afford it and the numbers show.  Ninety percent of agencies that view a live ODISS demonstration request a free trial system and today 100% of those agencies keep ODISS and keep on using it.”

For more information or to schedule a live, remote demonstration of ODISS please contact Art Femister at the Public Safety Software Group via email at:  or by phone at 951-279-6893.  Free, no obligation 60-day fully functional trial systems are available for recognized public safety agencies and others upon request.
