Protect yourself from hazardous exhaust in the station

Cranbury - NJ, September 16, 2019

Our team here in NJ has reviewed several reports about the hazards of diesel exhaust inside fire stations. In fact, two Fire Chiefs actually had NIOSH collect air samples in their stations to determine the levels of exposure that firefighters had to hazardous emissions. In both studies, researchers recommended to install diesel control systems to decrease the amount of exhaust in the apparatus bays.

If you have similar concerns and are seeking to add a diesel exhaust removal system to your station(s), contact Plymovent today.
