Criminal Justice Grants for Truth Verification Software

Panama City Beach - FL, November 18, 2020

Digital Voice Stress Analysis (DVSA) software is being awarded to state and local agencies through grants from the developer. Each grant is valued at $9950. One hundred systems have been set-aside for award through 2021. Nearly 1500 DVSA software grants have been awarded since 2003. We are not greedy!

Highly sophisticated voice stress analysis software has been released by Baker Group International. DVSA v6.1.2 is Credibility Assessment restricted crime control technology for law enforcement and government use only. Export is restricted by the US Government.

E. Gary Baker, founder and developer stated, “We offer these grants considering current agency budget restrictions and to raise system awareness within the criminal justice community. DVSA is the most significant technological advancement in credibility assessment since the invention of the old polygraph. U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome, NY (AFRL) utilized Baker’s training and quantification methods in their Phase One & Two VSA validation studies. That science along with my 46 years of conducting examinations and training examiners worldwide has demonstrated the validity of DVSA. Law enforcement professionals across the U.S. agree that no other voice stress analysis system is so fundamentally superior. We maintain the finest law enforcement and government references.”

Unlike polygraph, uncomfortable sensors are not attached to the body. DVSA analyzes speech to isolate brain initiated deceptive responses and relative psychological stress. DVSA is proven valid, fast, reliable, effective and accurate without “inconclusive results” as in polygraph. Polygraph examinations have 30% to 60% inconclusive opinions. Password protected and encrypted software is installed on existing agency computers thus saving precious resources. On-screen test questions are displayed along with instant streaming voice patterns and voice spectrograph. DVSA proprietary Voice Analysis Scoring Tool (VAST) is the only scoring method that confirms examination results.

Assessments may be conducted with suspects, victims, witnesses and applicants. Analysis of cold-cases, recorded interviews, public speech, intelligence, technical intercepts, counterintelligence, vetting of informants or during interrogations may be accomplished. Drugs, health status, age and alcohol does not affect the results. There are no known countermeasures.

Over 3500 U.S. law enforcement agencies use voice stress analysis. DVSA is used by an ultra-secret U.S. government agency, military, state and local criminal justice and corrections departments. U.S. Military Special Operations use voice stress analysis in battlefield situations, for force protection and field interrogations. DVSA is used by U.S. government contractors in the Middle East for loyalty screening and vetting of Local and Third Country Nationals for positions of trust.

5-day Certified Examiner Course includes behavioral analysis, kinesics, pre-test, in-test, post-test phases, interview, removal of defensive barriers, question formulation, practicum and interrogation strategies to obtain confessions.

Tuition is $1500 per student. Law Enforcement agency sponsored classes are held monthly throughout the U.S.
