Criminal Justice Grants for Credibility Assessment software

Digital Voice Stress Analysis
(DVSA) software is being awarded to state and local agencies through grants from the developer. Each grant is valued at $9950. One hundred systems have been set-aside for award through the end of 2021. Training includes Kinesic Interviewing and Military Methods of Interrogation.

Computerized voice stress analysis software has been released by Baker Group International. DVSA v6.1.2 is Credibility Assessment restricted crime control technology for law enforcement and government use only. Export is restricted by the US Government.

E. Gary Baker, founder and developer stated, “We offer these grants considering current agency budget restrictions and to raise system awareness within the criminal justice community. DVSA is the most significant technological advancement in credibility assessment since the invention of the old polygraph. System development utilized Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) validated science along with my 46 years of conducting truth verification examinations and training examiners worldwide. Law enforcement professionals across the U.S. agree that no other voice stress analysis system is so fundamentally superior. We maintain the finest law enforcement and government references.”

Unlike polygraph, uncomfortable sensors are not attached to the body. DVSA analyzes speech to isolate brain initiated deceptive responses and relative psychological stress. DVSA is fast, reliable, proven accurate without “inconclusive results” as in polygraph. Polygraph examinations have 30% to 60% inconclusive opinions. Password encrypted software is installed on existing agency computers thus saving precious resources. On-screen test questions are displayed along with instantly displayed streaming voice patterns and voice spectrograph. DVSA proprietary “Voice Analysis Scoring Tool (VAST)” is the only scoring method that confirms examination results.

Assessments may be conducted with suspects, victims, witnesses, applicants and telephone conversations, cold-case recorded interviews, public speech, intelligence, technical intercepts, counterintelligence, vetting of informants or during interrogations. Drugs, health status, age and alcohol do not affect the results. There are no known countermeasures.

Your only cost is for tuition at our 5-day Certified Examiner Course which includes behavioral analysis, kinesics, pre-test interview, removal of defensive barriers, testing techniques for pre-employment screening, periodic employee testing, specific issue and criminal testing, Internal Affairs, Professional Standards and interrogation strategies to obtain confessions.

Tuition is $1500 per student. Law Enforcement agency sponsored classes are held monthly throughout the U.S.
